ABOUT COEX FOOD WEEK KOREA

Food Week Korea, the international food and beverage exhibition is to be held from this November 28th – December 1st when the 13th Food Week Korea will open its doors. More than 1,000 companies are expected to join the international food and beverage festival at Coex Food Week Korea in the Coex exhibition center’s Halls A-D. Coex Food Week Korea, a UFI approved exhibition, is the Korea’s leading trade show entirely dedicated to professionals in the food service industry. With collocated shows including “Dessert Show”, “Kitchen Fair”, and “HMR Fair’, the event is undergoing a major reconstruction, including the diversification of the events and expansion of the entire exhibition hall.

BUSINESS PLATFORM POWERED BY COEX TEAM

The four-day exhibition is a one-stop-destination for industry stakeholders to build network and to get updated on new market trends and business opportunities. The 1:1 Pre-arranged Business Matching Program is managed by the Food Week Korea Secretariat and the team is committed to helping domestic and international exhibitors and buyers find potential business partners at Food Week Korea. An easy-to-use online platform is made available to support exhibitors and buyers in arranging B2B meetings with new and existing clients. Coex Team is ready to offer individual assistance to all participants to achieve their business goals! The Official 1:1 Pre-arranged Business Matching Program will run for two days from November 28th – 29th at the Buyer’s Lounge.

DESSERT HALL WITH LOCAL AND GLOBAL TRENDS

With more than 1,000 companies from over 30 countries participating in the trade show, the smell of delicacies brought from all around the world is expected to fill exhibition halls of Coex and Seoul. The exhibition halls is divided into sections by theme and categories. The first-floor Halls A and B is Local Food Zone and Food Business Trend Zone, including exhibit items such as Korean traditional food, HMR and food packaging. The third-floor Halls C and D will host the GLOBAL market, DESSERT Market, Culinary fair and more. The Overseas Pavilion will be sub-divided into zones including, “ASEAN PAVILION”, “Indian Festival”, and “Italian Culinary Zone”. The Korea Dessert Show, the concurrent show, is to present the best premium dessert show in Korea including various segments, such as Mariage Lounge, Dessert Collection and Sweets & Snack Pavilion and there will be ample amount of emphasis on new dessert trends and developments in form of conference, demonstration and presentation.
